There once was a trip to Joshua Tree.
A cabin. A coyote. A beat.
He handed me Lemonade and whispered something about the Orishas.
That was the beginning.
That coyote was a friend, a trickster-guide, a mirror. He cracked me open with music and myth. He showed me how sound could be scripture and story could be sacred technology. He handed me Beyoncé—and unknowingly, he handed me a key.
Now, years later, I’ve found myself meditating to Cowboy Carter.
Not passively—ritually.
Not for the lyrics—for the light code buried beneath the bassline.
This first post in the Karmic Library is a devotional.
A prayer through dance.

And a transmission from the Boot token—our mythic tribute to that desert night, that sacred friendship, and the cowboy as healer.
